Nowadays it seems like everyone is trying to hitch themselves to the Health & Fitness Band Wagon. Unfortunately that comes at the cost of quality and an over saturation of "Quick Fix" methods that flood the market every single day! Go look now. I'll still be here. Open any popular social media site and see friends and family alike pushing the latest and greatest new products! 


AD: "Do you want to lose weight, but you just don't have the time?"

Consumer: "That sounds like me. I don't have ANY free time."

About Us - Health and Fitness Experts

I am a firm believer in hard workdedication, and unwavering passion to constantly improve upon oneself. 

Hello! My name is Nick and have a little something to tell you. The health and fitness industry has become overwhelmed with personal trainers, coaches, fitness gurus, experts, and a large number of individuals claiming that they have the long hidden secrets or newly developed systems that guarantee weight loss! Right... Well I'm here to help you move towards your goals and I won't promise some crazy made up systems. HARD WORK is what PAYS OFF! If you want to lose weight it really is as simple as moving more, eating less/correctly, and rest. I won't teach you how to sleep since by now I am hoping you are quite proficient in that department. The other parts; however, I can help you with on the road to better health & fitness. I mean who wouldn't want to have more energy, feel better, sleep longer, stress less, and maybe even look good in those old jeans you just couldn't throw out? I can help you with that!

I have a private, training facility located in Hercules, Ca  to help you reach your health goals. We are located within the Aguirre Fitness gym which is where the rest of my Gym Family works out of (more in my story). We have many different tools and equipment to aide you no matter what your goals may be. There is an abundance of Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle-bells, Battle Ropes, BOSU, TRX Suspension Training, Plyo Boxes, Bands, Bags and various other machines just to name a few! Weight loss may not be easy, but I am a firm believer that exercise SHOULD be enjoyable; although occasionally I will still hear a few expletives in my honor (which I take as love from you). Therefore I try to add variety and fun into all of my sessions. You'll never do the same thing for long, but you'll always do more than you ever thought you could!

On the topic of nutrition, most people nowadays are more aware that to improve your body and health it is not only about how much time you put into the gym, but ALSO what you are putting into your body. Over the last decade our country has been trying to lift itself out of this "obesity epidemic", but we are just too heavy. Strides are being made by informing people of what they eat, what else goes into our foods, and how we can make smarter choices. Dedicated 2 Fitness isn't only about lifting stuff, but also that nutritional aspect that's missing in most fitness programs. That's why I have partnered with Award Winning Dietitian Susie Garcia to "help educate by supporting others and making an impact to address better food habits, healthier living, and creating a culture of empowered eaters."
