"I started with Nick April of 2010. I just didn't feel good, although I was only 20lbs. over weight, I had 30% body fat. I just didn't feel right in my clothes. I started working out with Nick and didn't really think about what I was eating. At the end of the month, I had lost about 2lbs. and had gone down about 2% in body fat. Nick said, 'Do you see what you could do if if you were careful about what you ate?' From that moment, I decided to work out, eat healthy, and count my calories.
By the next month, I had lost at least 3 more lbs. and another percent in body fat. I continued working out with Nick for a year and a half. I was able to reach 18% body fat.I had always been a little overweight throughout my life. I had also been working out in one way or another since the age of sixteen. I had even worked with a personal trainer before and didn't see a change in my body. Nick is the only trainer who got me to change my diet significantly and he is the only trainer that actually pushed me. He never let me slack and as a result I have been the thinnest/healthiest/strongest that I have ever been. The only reason that I do not workout with Nick anymore is because I moved to the Northbay. Nick is the best trainer."
